Inviting your team and managing roles
Send invitations, choose roles and manage who's in your company.
Send invitations
Owners and admins can invite people from Settings → Members → Invite member. Each invitation is sent by email and can be resent or revoked while it's pending.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including managing other admins and company settings. |
| Admin | Manage members, invitations, modules and AI settings. |
| Member | Join public channels, create channels, message, call and use the Workboard. |
Owners and admins can also make a member an AI admin, who can manage Basik AI settings without full admin rights.
When someone leaves
Remove them from Settings → Members. Their messages stay in the conversations they were part of, so your history stays complete.
Working with several companies
One person can belong to several companies — for example, your own and a client's. Switch between them from the company rail on the left.
