Notifications on desktop and mobile
Choose what reaches you, per channel and per device.
Per-channel levels
For each channel, choose All messages, Mentions only or Nothing, or mute it entirely. Direct messages and mentions always reach you unless you mute them.
Your notification settings
Open Settings → Notifications to choose what you hear about by email and push. Workboard notifications have their own settings for assignments, comments and due dates.
Desktop
The Mac, Windows and Linux apps show native notifications. On Mac, reply straight from the notification. Unread counts appear on the app icon.
Mobile
The iPhone and Android apps send push notifications, including incoming calls. Reply or mark as read from the notification. Send yourself a test notification from the app's notification settings.
